WEEKEND REPORT 7

During the seventh week of my teaching practice from October 6–10, 2025, I engaged in both teaching and school activities. The week included Sports and Arts Day award distribution, a Food Safety Awareness Class, substitution duties, and exam monitoring. Despite being in teaching practice we had the opportunity to be a part of our college elections, which made the week events more colourful

October 6(Monday)

In the afternoon, there was an award distribution for Sports Day and Arts Day. Later, I assisted in monitoring the 10th-grade test paper. We left the campus by 4.30 p.m.

October 7(Tuesday)

In the afternoon, a special Food Safety Awareness Class was conducted by the taluk food safety department. We teacher trainees monitored the session, and we teacher trainees gave the vote of thanks. Fruits were distributed, and we left by 4.30 p.m.

October 8(Wednesday)

I taught 9B and was moving towards the end of the unit. The students were very attentive throughout my sessions which made me very happy. In the afternoon I was asked to be a substitute for a couple of classes.

October 9(Thursday)

I taught 8B regarding factors influencing industrial location and was moving towards the end of the current unit. The session enabled to increase the curiosity of the students when I connected the topic with real life situations.

October 10(Friday)

At 9.40 a.m., I reached the school and signed the register. As it was our college election day, we went to cast our votes, observed the procedures, and witnessed the results. After lunch, we returned to school and I taught 8B  and left by 4.15 p.m.
