WEEKEND REPORT 2

Image
As the working days were limited during this week, the available time was effectively utilized to continue engaging with Class VIII students. Classroom interaction helped in observing student participation levels and behavioural patterns. The experience emphasized the need for flexibility in real classroom situations. Interaction with teacher trainees helped in understanding how external factors influence school functioning. Discussions focused on time management and maintaining continuity in teaching despite interruptions. These exchanges helped in developing a broader understanding of school life. The weekend reflection focused on adaptability and preparedness as essential qualities of a teacher. This week highlighted that teaching practice involves adjusting to changing situations while maintaining professional responsibility.

WEEKEND REPORT 1

Image
During the first week, I was able to take sessions for the students of Class VIII and gradually adjust to the school environment. This phase helped me understand school routines, classroom discipline, and student behaviour. Initial interaction with students was challenging, but observation and consistent communication helped in building confidence. Interaction with fellow teacher trainees during this week played an important role in understanding professional conduct and teamwork within the school. Sharing classroom experiences helped in identifying common difficulties faced during the initial stages of teaching practice. This also created a sense of professional support and cooperation. The weekend was used to reflect on the importance of patience, clarity, and approachability while dealing with adolescent learners. This week helped in realizing that effective teaching begins with understanding students and adapting oneself to the school environment.
