WEEKEND REPORT 5
Despite a holiday during the week, sessions with Class VIII students continued smoothly. Regular interaction helped in maintaining continuity and strengthening student–teacher relationships. Students appeared more comfortable in expressing their ideas.
This week also highlighted the influence of social and behavioural factors on learning. Interaction with fellow trainees helped in discussing issues such as motivation, attention span, and peer influence among students.
The weekend was used to reflect on the role of consistency and positive reinforcement in teaching. This week contributed to better understanding of classroom relationships and student psychology.
